Maitake Instant Noodles


Main

1 packet instant noodles or ramen of your choice
1/2 packet maitake mushroom, trimmed
1 tbsp light cooking oil
chopped spring onion or other herb

  1. Cook the instant noodles to packet instructions.
  2. Heat the oil over medium high heat and stir-fry the mushrooms for 1 minute.
  3. To serve, top the noodles with the mushrooms and garnish with spring onion or herb.
